Made the Vedic way from native desi sugarcane varieties, our Desi Gud is slow-cooked using indirect stem heat, preserving its natural minerals and nutrients.
We use wild okra (bhindi) roots — nature’s gentle clarifier — instead of harsh chemicals or lime to purify the sugarcane juice.

Prepared in iron kadhais with wooden ladles, this age-old process gives our jaggery its deep golden brown hue, rich aroma, and earthy taste. Every batch is made in small quantities, retaining the iron, calcium, and trace minerals that make it a nourishing alternative to sugar.
